2017 is off to a great start, but we at The Crisis Center would like to look back one last time and thank you for your support. Community support makes our work possible.
That’s not an exaggeration, just look at the numbers—volunteers logged more than 25,000 hours at The Crisis Center this year. And individual donations made up the largest share of The Crisis Center’s budget—more than $600,000.
With your help, The Crisis Center made an enormous impact in our community in 2016: The Food Bank logged more than 50,000 visits; the Emergency Assistance program helped more than 1,000 families stay in their homes or start new jobs; and the Crisis Intervention programs responded to about 10,000 suicide-related calls and chats.
None of that would be possible without you and our thousands of other supporters around the area. From everyone at The Crisis Center, thank you for your generous support in 2016.
