Let’s Talk About It is a free virtual learning series designed to equip parents, caregivers, educators, mental health professionals, youth-serving organizations, and community members with practical, evidence-based information about youth mental health and suicide prevention.

Hosted by CommUnity Crisis Services’ Post-Attempt Family Engagement Model (PAFEM) program, this series brings together experienced clinicians and crisis professionals to explore some of the most important topics affecting youth today. Each one-hour session provides actionable strategies, current research, and opportunities to strengthen your confidence in recognizing warning signs, supporting young people, and responding with compassion.

Whether you work with youth every day or simply want to better support the young people in your life, these sessions are designed to help you make a meaningful difference.

Self-Harm vs. Suicide in Youth
