At CommUnity Crisis Services, we prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our client’s information.  It’s important to us that when you are working with us, you feel in control of how your private information is shared, stored, and used. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, and strictly adhere to various state and federal guidelines, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for our Crisis Response Programs.  Our teams follow robust protocols to safeguard your information, and that it is only accessed for legitimate reasons by those outside the agency YOU give us permission to share it with.  We want to continue to have your trust and confidence during challenging times, which is why CommUnity remains dedicated to upholding the privacy rights of those we serve.

CommUnity Crisis Services is dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of our client’s information. Client information is disclosed only to authorized individuals in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.  If you would like to request your own records, are a parent or legal guardian seeking access to your child’s or dependent adult’s record, or an authorized party requesting client information, please click on the link below to submit a records request.

In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), CommUnity Crisis Services has designated a Privacy Officer to oversee the protection and security of our client’s information.  If you have questions regarding client records, how your information is kept safe, or other matters regarding client confidentiality, please reach out to our Privacy Officer.
