In January, CommUnity’s Mobile Crisis Response program and Dignity Best Practices began to build and launch a field mediation pilot program in collaboration with Iowa City and Johnson County. This joint effort will help address nonviolent interpersonal conflicts through dialogue, de-escalation, and dignity-centered practices.
