The kitchen offers dry, refrigerated and frozen storage space and access to professional-grade kitchen equipment. The 1105 Project Kitchen provides ample room for preparation and packaging of food.

- Cooler Storage: 1 shelf- 8 Cubic feet – $32.00 per month
- Freezer Storage: 1 shelf- 8 Cubic feet – $36.00 per month

How do I apply?
You can print the 1105 Kitchen User Application and email it to the kitchen manager at angie.meiers@builtbycommunity.org or complete our online application and submit it electronically.
When is the 1105 Project Kitchen Available for Rent?
The 1105 Project Kitchen is available for rent from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday to 8 a.m. Monday. On occasion, special events will take place during these hours and will be blocked off on the calendar. The kitchen uses an online reservation system and scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
